Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. There are No Sunday's or Holidays. Your Shift will end by 9pm at the latest. Your typical day is 4-6hours max.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for payments and tips.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a sanitary environment.
• Assist with guest relations, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support host/host duties as needed, including managing reservations through OpenTable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
