We are looking for a Full-time Server who is driven and interested in opportunities for advancement. Bartending experience is a plus.

Through extensive menu and beverage knowledge, Servers educate and guide our guests through a memorable dining experience. At all times, Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. A sense of urgency, situational awareness, and the ability to read the guest’s needs are requirements for this position.

Pay for this position is $2.13 per hour plus tips.

Job duties to include but are not limited to:

- Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the hand-held or stationary POS terminals

- Prepare food orders according to the restaurant's culinary standards and handle food safely.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions, making change when necessary.

- Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, including bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.

- Provide help and support to guests and colleagues as needed.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of food handling and safety procedures.

- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.

Skills Required

- Previous experience as a Server or in a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and some heavy lifting may be required

- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest relations.

- Knowledge of menu items.

- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate tips.

- Ability to provide help and support to guests and always know your next step
