Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding to requests or concerns as needed.
• Sanitize tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed.
