Responsibilities:
- Assist in food and beverage preparation and ensure timely delivery to guests
- Manage Catering, seating arrangements, and special requests efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a server
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Experience supervising or leading a team of servers is a plus
