Bartender/Server – New Restaurant Opening (Alebrije, Mexican Restaurant)
Location: 119 Harbord Street, Toronto, ON
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Alebrije is a new Mexican restaurant opening this August in Harbord Village — a vibrant space inspired by regional Mexican flavours, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We’re building our opening team and are looking for experienced Bartender/Servers to help launch and shape the guest experience.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in bartending and serving (2+ year preferred)
• Outgoing, guest-focused, and professional
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Smart Serve certified

Job Details:

• Evening shifts, including weekends
• Training starts late July — open for service in August
