POS/Server – The Simple Fare

We are looking for a server to join the team at The Simple Fare, an Indian-inspired cafe and patisserie known for artisan baked goods, small meals, and exceptional service. If you love interacting with people, enjoy making great coffee, and thrive in a small team environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Warm up and serve baked goods and small meals
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handle cash and card transactions
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide a warm, friendly experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar and POS area
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service
• Able to multi-task and stay organized during busy periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training

Schedule:

• Full-time availability required
• Reliable daily commute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
