Server/Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
• - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• - Process payments accurately using Aloha POS system
• - Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:

• - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• - Knowledge of culinary terms, ingredients, and food preparation techniques
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and payment processing
• - Experience using POS system or similar restaurant software is preferred
• - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
