We are part of the OK TIRE network that has more than 360 stores coast to coast. We operate three facilities in Etobicoke including a 7 Bay automotive repair centre.

We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for our high volume, fast paced automotive repair shop

Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor & Tire Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented role that blends inside sales & customer service. You’ll work closely with customers to provide solutions, prepare accurate quotes and invoices, and support the shop team in delivering a seamless experience. What You’ll Do

  • Sales & Client Support – Handle vehicle service and tire/wheel inquiries, follow up on leads, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Customer Experience – Greet every customer, provide information on services, handle concerns with professionalism, and ensure a welcoming shop environment.
  • Quoting & Invoicing – Prepare accurate estimates, process invoices, and ensure payments are completed.
  • Shop Support – Track service progress, assist with scheduling, and provide operational support to the Shop Manager.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Experience in service advisor capacity; industry knowledge is required.
  • Experience in tire & wheel sales.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve concerns and build trust.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident, professional, and approachable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while staying adaptable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and initiative.
  • Experience with invoicing, scheduling, or shop operations.
  • Problem-solving and leadership potential.
  • Willingness to learn and grow through training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
