About the Job

Holiday Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team! In this front-line role, you will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist parts and service guests with inquiries and requests relating to their vehicle’s maintenance, repairs and recall needs.
• Accurately update customer files and records in DMS.
• Communicate technical repair information clearly between technicians and guests.
• Process and claim customer warranties.
• Handle incoming service inquiries, schedule appointments.
• Assist in arranging alternate transportation for guests when required.
• Track progress of repair orders and provide timely updates to guests, keep the guests informed regarding the status of their SO.
• Stay informed with current recalls.
• Maintain a minimum of group average as measured by the current customer satisfaction program set out by the Ford Motor company

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Administrative experience and attention to detail.
• Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems; Ford experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
