Due to continued expansion we are now hiring a Service Advisor to join our team in Galway
Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will have a basic understanding of cars and will have a team-oriented attitude with an ability to learn new skills.
This is a busy work environment, incorporating an ethos of quality assurance for our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Processing of parts, invoices, deliveries, orders and returns.
- Dealing with customers both on the phone and in person.
- Dealing with mechanics on the floor and ensuring parts are ready for each job throughout the day.
- Undertaking any administrative duties as required.
- Booking in vehicles for repair/maintenance
Qualifications and Skills
- Can work as part of a team or on their own initiative.
- Has basic computer skills, training will be provided.
- Has the ability to learn new skills.
- Understands the basic workings of cars.
- Is punctual and presentable at all times.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full clean driving license required
Full training given on all aspects of the position.
