Greet customers and understand their service needs Explain repair and service details clearly Coordinate with technicians for timely delivery Prepare job cards and maintain service records Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication skills Basic technical knowledge preferred Experience in automobile service is an advantage
