We are looking for an administrator to join our team
The role requires
Excellent computer skills
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Handle calls, e mails & correspondence efficiently
Support colleagues with administrative tasks, document preparation & data management
Fluent English
Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative role
Duties include
Identify customer needs
Define work to be done & create preliminary work order
Book & organise customer workshop visits
Handle customer requests & close work order
Issue all necessary invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00 per hour
