• To be Completely Comfortable selling Luxury Products and Services
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor

Specific job functions...

• Greet customers as they come in for service in a friendly and professional manner
• Review history & current vehicle data to promote required service & recommendations, including monthly specials
• Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
• Keep clients updated with vehicle status
• Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
• Document approved repairs and update promise times
• Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
• Review and ensure all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible
• Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
