Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Innisfil, Ontario

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive world? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where every day brings a new challenge? We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team and be the bridge between our customers and our technicians.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional service experience
Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history
Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-up communication
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership/shop reputation

What You Bring

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with service management software
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Valid driver’s license
