Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings efficiently.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, repair updates, and estimated costs.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services.
- Provide accurate service and repair cost estimates and process invoices accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and warranties.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and dealership compliance policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s licence is desirable.
