Service Advisor – Zoomers RV of Indiana (Wabash, IN)

Starting at $20/hour | Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assess service needs for motorhomes, travel trailers, and RV units
• Write accurate service repair orders and job estimates
• Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Handle warranty and insurance paperwork as needed
• Maintain detailed service histories and customer records
• Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance customer value

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor (RV, automotive, or powersports preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, DMS software)
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school a plus
• Valid driver’s license
