We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Service Advisor to work at one of our Stoney Creek, Ontario locations. A Service Advisor is responsible for listening and taking note of customer needs related to the regular maintenance and/or repair of their vehicle. A Service Advisor is expected to provide exceptional service to each and every customer, at all times.

Wage rate based on experience.

Description of Duties/Expectations:

• Acknowledge walk-in customers immediately upon their arrival
• Service customers with the utmost professionalism and make a special effort to ensure that every visit is an enjoyable experience
• Advise customers regarding their service decisions by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their symptoms or requirements
• Rectify customer complaints/concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Prepare and relay work orders
• Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in automotive service, repair, and tires an asset
• Experience in a sales or customer service an asset
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Some knowledge of tools and equipment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently
• Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
