Proudfoot Motors operate a HGV and LGV workshop in Beechmount Homepark, Navan, Co Meath. We have a CVRT test centre and carry out Tachograph calibrations and repairs. We also hold the franchise for Isuzu Trucks and 4x4’s.

Responsibilities will include;

Deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Act as the first point of contact with customers either in person or by telephone/email, seeking to convert customer enquiries, when appropriate, to CVRT or Service bookings.

Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the vehicle and associated service requirements.

Appointment booking, job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments.

Preparation of repair estimates and final invoicing.

Job status monitoring and customer communication.

Work with our After-sales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met.

Requirements;

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative.

Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Strong Computer Skills including MS Office (Autoview and Covis an advantage but not compulsory, but MUST have experience in Automotive service department final account invoicing).

Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry.

Full, clean driving licence. (C,CE & D licences an advantage but not essential.)

A MINIMUM of TWO year's experience as a service advisor or similar role in the motor industry is ESSENTIAL.

Our opening hours are Mon-Thu 8.30am-6.00pm, Fri 8.30am-12.30pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
