Stonehammer Diesel & Automotive Repair is a busy, independent, diesel-focused shop serving Okotoks and surrounding communities. We work on the vehicles people depend on every day — from Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesels to gas cars, trucks, SUVs, and fleet vehicles.

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who takes pride in customer communication, organization, and helping keep a fast-paced shop running smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Greeting customers and managing repair orders from intake through completion
• Communicating inspections, diagnostics, estimates, and repair recommendations clearly
• Acting as the main liaison between customers and technicians
• Scheduling work and coordinating daily shop workflow
• Supporting technicians with accurate documentation and communication
• Helping maintain an organized, professional, and efficient front-end operation
• Working with customers who value honesty, transparency, and quality repairs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role
• Mechanical knowledge of diesel engines and automotive systems, or mechanic experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and service procedures
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Experience with Protractor or similar shop management software is considered an asset
• Team-oriented attitude with strong follow-through
• Valid driver’s licence
