About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Service team at Kia on a full-time basis in Warwick Farm.

As a Service Advisor, you will thrive on challenges, excel in a team environment, and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills that elevate our service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs.
• Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
• Provide quotes for repair jobs and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in retail automotive service highly desired
• Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Automotive technical knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS preferred
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organised
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Current driver's licence
• Attention to detail
• Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
