Willco is growing and we are looking to hire our rockstar manager that can build on our success. Here is what we are looking for:
1. Manage installation process from when the sale is closed to when the installation is complete. This will include assisting with the permitting, financing, laying out the details of the job, ordering equipment, parts and materials, assigning labor, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
a. You will drive revenue growth in the installation department by running efficient, well-thought out jobs.
b. Most jobs are residential in nature, however, some jobs will be commercial and will require a greater level of planning and understanding of HVAC systems.
2. Manage service technicians to financial goals. This will include conversion rate, average ticket, tech generated leads and other metrics. Troubleshoot difficult service calls on the phone or in the field.
This hire will be critical to the day to day operation of Willco and will be compensated based on the continued growth of the business and by meeting operational metrics. If you are up for a challenge and you have experience in the HVAC industry, you should consider applying.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
