Parts Operations Specialist is representative supporting parts operations in Korea. This role will cooperative with service centers, service logistics and any relevant team internally.
As Parts Operations Specialist, you will provide critical parts support to service centers and customers, liaise with other departments, as well as focusing on the continuous development of your skills.

What You'll Do
- Assist the Parts Manager in achieving efficient operation and goals for the Parts team
- Support the logistics to fill and release parts order requests from service centers and body shops in a timely and efficient manner
- Support to maintain stocking levels alerting the Parts Manager when inventories are running low
- Identify new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
- Assist the Parts Manager and service centers in achieving the goal of exceeding service KPI, maintaining a positive work environment and maximizing recovery rates
- Interact with outside customers to ensure a positive experience with selling parts individually
- Grow knowledge base in parts electric vehicle to bring increased value to the customer and service department relationship
- Contribute to an environment where the Service centers consider the Parts team as a partner.
- Complete other work as needed by the Parts Manager and Regional Service Manager
- Be quick to help others in the organization when they need a hand or have a difficult problem to solve
- Support e-commerce logistics related with order, shipment, stocktaking, goods return and assist others if there is any requirement
What You'll Bring
- Understand in basic automotive techniques, government regulation, spare parts, logistics trade and accessories related to vehicle
- Exceeding intermediate level of DMS Systems, SAP, and MS Office
- Prefer more than 4 years of experience in the parts & logistics associate and e-commerce career is plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
- Exceeding intermediate level of speaking and writing in English
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- Maintain and perform top level professional integrity
