Troncalli Subaru is currently looking for a Service BDC Phone Specialist! This position is responsible for building rapport with our valued customers and assisting with identifying their automotive needs. This position requires answering a high volume amount of inbound calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Contact customers to confirm appointments
• Initiate and close rental vehicles for service customers.
• Acquire from customer appropriate information.
• Correspond with Service Advisors regularly to schedule appointments, rental status of vehicles, etc.
• Maintain monthly rental Utilization at the highest amount possible.
• Correspond with customers to confirm appointments, respond to incoming service requests,
• Confirm customer appointments through Care Connect Scheduler.
• Become subject matter expert on SOA vehicle recalls and be able to proficiently educate customer on timing and release of recall repair.

Requirements:

• Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
• Excellent phone presence
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (REYNOLDS, Outlook, Excel)
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED
• Great Communication Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift (9am-6pm)
• Monday to Saturday
• 1 day off during the week

Supplemental Pay:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
