Service - Bodyshop Parts Advisor
What to Expect

As a Bodyshop Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in managing Tesla accident parts orders and ensuring seamless parts supply to our clients (Tesla Approved Bodyshops). Your responsibilities will include communicating with and managing assigned accounts, facilitating parts sales, and resolving parts-related inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining inventory targets for TAB to support their operational efficiency.

This role requires an individual who is comfortable with customer-facing tasks, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility. You must be willing to address customer inquiries promptly, even outside regular business hours, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Receive parts order from Tesla Approved Bodyshop(TAB), issue an invoice, check shipping schedule and answer technical issues to support the needs of vehicle repair service
  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail critical
  • Conduct Transactions in system; walk customer through order and provide summary
  • Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any service parts issues from TAB
  • Maintain records of payment, outbound list, and claims
  • Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, including regular updates
  • Follow up with customer on parts order and ensure complete satisfaction with the order. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Help maintain cleanliness of TAB
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Assist the Parts Manager and TAB Operation in achieving the goal of exceeding TAB KPI


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of work experience in automotive industry. Dealer automotive repair service experience is necessary
  • Ability to use Dealer Management System(s), EPC, SAP, MS Office Suite
  • Associate Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology, preferred
  • Fluent in Korean and intermediate level of English is preferred
  • Understand in mid-level automotive techniques related to vehicle repair
