Sometimes keeping shop staff, technicians, and customers all happy at the same time can feel like herding cats. That’s okay—you’re a natural cat-herder. When someone asks, “Can this be done?” your instinct is always, “Yes,” followed by figuring out how to make it happen. You’ll be the one creating workflows that maximize shop efficiency, handling logistics in a busy yard, and ensuring inventory and parts are always on hand. You’ll also take the lead on administrative tasks like work orders, job logs, financial tracking, and service scheduling—making sure the details never slip through the cracks.

You’ll love this role if you enjoy taking chaos and turning it into order, if you get excited about designing a system that saves time and money, and if you thrive on juggling priorities without dropping the ball. We’re looking for someone methodical, extremely organized, and detail-oriented—someone who leads by example, jumps in when needed, and communicates clearly with both staff and customers. Dealership experience is a plus, but what matters most is your drive to build, innovate, and make an impact.
