About the Role
We operate a fast-paced service department where work needs to move quickly, clearly, and without delays.
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for managing a dedicated team of 5–7 of our skilled technicians and ensuring all service work runs smoothly from initial request through to completion and billing readiness.
You will be the single point of ownership for your assigned work group, ensuring technicians stay productive, customers are supported, and jobs move forward without bottlenecks.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
End-to-End Job Ownership
- Manage service work from request → estimate → scheduling → dispatch → completion
- Ensure every job has clear ownership and moves forward without delays
- Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of work (unquoted, quoted, approved, scheduled)
- For larger or complex work, coordinate with other Service Coordinators to align resources, prioritize work, and ensure smooth execution.
Scheduling & Technician Productivity
- Plan and schedule work for your team of technicians
- Keep technicians fully utilized and minimize downtime
- Adjust schedules daily based on priorities and changes
Dispatch & Service Calls
- Respond quickly to incoming service requests
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate urgent work
- Balance emergency work with planned jobs
Quoting & Coordination
- Prepare and send estimates for inspections and standard repairs
- Follow up on quotes and move approved work into execution quickly
- Escalate more complex scopes when needed
Customer Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Provide clear timelines, updates, and follow-through
- Ensure a consistent, professional service experience
Job Close-Out
- Ensure completed jobs are accurate and ready for billing
- Confirm labor, parts, and documentation are complete

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
