Famous Korean BBQ restaurant located at Holland Village. Looking for full time service crew.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, provide friendly, professional and efficient service to maximise customers' satisfaction.
Highlight special promotion, give recommendation on menu, take orders and serve of food and beverages to customers and clearing tables.
Assist customers with payment and recording transaction in POS system.
Able to handle customer feedback and service recovery.
Have knowledge in every dish and beverages served to provide explanations.
Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
Helping out with other positions in the restaurant when needed.
Other Duties
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning of grill pans and fitting.
Requirements
Be punctual
Highly motivated and responsible individual
Able to adopt to a fast paced work environment
Willingness to learn and receptive to feedback
Demonstrate positive attitude
Good personal grooming and hygiene
Able to work on weekend and public holiday

Salary: $1800 to $2000 depends on experience
Part time: $12 per hours
