Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and develop opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potentials.
- Serve as the key interface between the customer and internal service units.
- Document and describe services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting.
- Oversee and shape complaint handling and management processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the profitability of assigned maintenance contracts.
- Monitor and manage the sales and margin performance of the relevant maintenance contracts.
Your Profile
- Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.
- Over 5 years of experience in a senior service delivery management role.
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and service management, preferably supported by relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with IT applications and/or traffic management principles.
- Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
