Hoffman Ford is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Cashier to join our fast-paced service department. In this front-line role, you'll process customer payments, verify repair orders, and provide friendly, professional checkout experiences. You’ll also support day-to-day service operations with administrative and light clerical duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accurately process customer and service transactions, repair orders, and payments using CDK DMS, including cash, credit, receipts, refunds, and billing reconciliation
• Provide professional customer service by explaining billing details, resolving concerns, and communicating program benefits such as Ford Pass Rewards
• Collect and process payments from aftermarket warranty and centralized billing companies through multiple platforms, including Auto Integrate, Holman, Enterprise, and Wheels
• Coordinate and support service operations including warranty billing, rental processing, inspection sticker control, and parts customer checkout
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, track transactions, reconcile end-of-day reports, and investigate discrepancies
• Support cross-functional operations within Service, Parts, and BDC departments while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous cashier, administrative, or customer service experience; automotive or dealership experience preferred
• Proficient with basic computer systems, including CDK DMS, POS systems, cash registers, and related electronic equipment
• Strong math, communication, and time management skills with a customer-focused approach to delivering excellent service
• Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to clearly explain service charges, repairs, maintenance details, and other information to customers from diverse backgrounds
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with flexibility to work full-time schedules, including varying weekday hours and assigned Saturdays

Hoffman Ford is an EOE.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
