Your mission : This opportunity is to join the PwC Luxembourg Experience Centre and GenAI Business Center. Here, we help clients tackle their most complex challenges, from strategy to execution. By combining the expertise of our global professionals with deep industry insights, we deliver tailored solutions. We work with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies, understanding the unique business issues and opportunities they face.
Our team is dedicated to solving complex business challenges, drawing on extensive consulting and industry experience. Service Design trainee , you will play a key role in transforming business strategies, consumer research, and analytics into creative and compelling solutions.

As part of the PwC Experience Centre and GenAI Business Center team, you will support strategic initiatives that drive innovation at PwC. Grounded in Design Thinking principles, we continuously rethink how we can offer our clients bold, user- centered , and innovative solutions. As an intern, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, gaining hands-on experience in delivering these solutions.

Be a part of our team where you will:
- Work with the BXT Agile methodology , using and promoting those principles in ongoing projects;
- Apply Design Thinking and co-creation techniques to w ork differently;
- Use creative problem-solving methods;
- Create user requirement specifications, including personas, problem statements, scenarios, customer journeys, detailed wireframes, and other tools, to effectively communicate the user experience;
- Merge research findings, new ideas , creative innovation, and best practices to generate unique, strategic solutions;
- Design and creat e deliverables that support the execution of business emphasizing:
Knowledge of UX design best practices.
Knowledge of workshop design and facilitation.
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and/or related UI/UX tools Present the content in an intelligent, innovative, and creative manner such as infographics, brochures, etc.
Knowledge in the tools to create prototype from fast to polished ones; Familiarity with Webflow , Figma or others. - Build interactive prototypes;
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and multiple deliverables; W ork in an international, multidisciplinary team.
Let’s talk about you. If you …
- Are currently a student undertaking your bachelor’s or master's degree in a Business School or University;
- Have strong affinity with Innovation, Agile and Design Thinking principles;
- Either get a certification on Service Design or a strong interest on the subject;
- Have MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Understand design principles, have an eye for detail and know how to combine image, text, and colour to get the key message across;
- Have already worked with virtual whiteboards, such as MS teams, Miro, or Mural, and are keen to become expert in the use of these tools;
- Are well versed in various social media and comfortable with content promotion;
- Are bold, innovative, curious, have a 'can do attitude' and can adapt to changing circumstances;
- Are fluent in English, French is an asset.
