We are seeing a customer inspired professional to join one of our Key customers at Auckland Airport for a 6 month fixed term role.


Spark manage all mobile and iPad fleet requests and issues.

You will be responsible for technical and provisioning mobile support and requests for our clients, ensuring all inbound communication and incident/task handling is managed to customer expectations and within SLA’s for all Mobile/iPad fleet.

On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:

Ø Customer service experience where you’ve loved handling the tough stuff

Ø Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone

Ø Proficient typing skills

Ø Experience with computers and technology

Ø Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms

Ø Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level to advanced

Ø A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
