Position: Service Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues.
- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Identify and rectify technical problems in products/equipment.
- Coordinate with the service team and customers for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and update the status of service calls.
- Ensure proper customer communication and provide good after-sales service.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service/technical support.
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
