The Service Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the automobile service department. They ensure smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, efficient job allocation, timely vehicle delivery, and adherence to manufacturer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out as per company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after service.
• Coordinate with spare parts and billing departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor job cards, estimates, and service reports for accuracy.
• Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Track service performance metrics — productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and communicate status updates to customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
