Job Title: Service Administrator

Pardo Yachts Miami, the largest U.S. dealer for Cantiere del Pardo luxury yachts, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Manager to join our team in Miami. This role is central to supporting our Service Department by managing technicians and their work in the field as well as associated administrative operations, invoicing, and customer service. The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring all Pardo customers receive timely and efficient service, no matter the issue they are experiencing.

Key Responsibilities

- With the help of a small office team, communicate with customers via email and phone calls daily. Document new issues in our software system as a work order. Keep customers up to date on issues and resolutions by providing frequent updates.

- Manage the schedule and work of the technicians in the field, fielding questions throughout the day. Must have strong marine mechanical/electrical experience.

- Manage work orders in our software system and track the progress of each: New, waiting for parts, scheduled, and repaired (finished).

- Help prepare repair estimates and source parts for pending repairs.

- Take ownership of work orders and help manage warranty claims with vendors and suppliers until issues are resolved.

- Above all, the service manager acts with urgency to resolve all issues in the quickest possible turnaround time and pushes the team towards this goal.

Qualifications

- Complete fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

- Experience in management roles, preferably in marine, automotive, or dealership environments.

- Advanced Marine technical/mechanical/electrical experience

- Proficiency with service/invoicing software like Quickbooks and similar systems.

- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time position at our Miami, FL service center with frequent daily travel around Miami / Broward to customer's boats - start and end the day out of our office.
