About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement? Rabobank is seeking a Service Manager – COO RANZ to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of service excellence across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Management COO RANZ, you will play a key role in embedding and maturing our Service Relationship Framework, ensuring our internal and external customers receive outstanding support and communication.
You will lead service delivery by building strong customer relationships and representing their voice within the COO, as well as ensure high service standards through effective governance.
You will run focused customer meetings, deliver clear reports, and drive meaningful improvements, while being able to manage issues confidently and support major incidents, while aligning regional practices with global standards.

What You Bring
- A strong background in service management or customer relationship roles.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a regulated, customer-centric environment.
