Overview
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical maintenance. This role involves designing, installing, and maintaining air conditioning systems while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. The Air Conditioning Engineer will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HVAC systems tailored to client specifications.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs on air conditioning units and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems.
• Perform field service tasks, including inspections and equipment repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in refrigeration techniques and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Experience as a service technician with a focus on air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
• Experience in equipment repair, welding, and boiler maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for efficient troubleshooting.
• Background in property maintenance or appliance repair is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to various job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
