We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and dealership operations, coupled with excellent leadership and customer service skills. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service staff, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to deliver high-quality automotive repair services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and staff training.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics.
• Implement upselling strategies to promote additional services and products to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of cash handling and transactions within the service department.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience is essential.
• Proven track record in customer service excellence within the automotive industry.
• Experience in sales, particularly in upselling ag services or products.
