Als servicemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat van jouw vestiging. Op jou kunnen zowel TB als je collega’s bouwen. Bij TB werk je in een succesvol mensgericht familiebedrijf. Wat krijg je van ons?
- Een passend salaris tussen € 3.245 en € 5.110, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring
- Indien je kiest voor een fulltime werkweek is bij ons de werkweek standaard 40 uur. Hiervoor bouw 2 ADV uren per week op. Hierin kun je kiezen voor tijd (13 dagen p/j) of geld (7,5% toeslag op je bruto maandsalaris). Jij kiest wat het beste bij jou past!

Als Service Manager geef je leiding aan onze vestiging in Ede op een manier die past bij wie wij zijn: een mensgericht familiebedrijf. Jij staat niet boven het team, maar naast hen. Met jouw coachende aanpak ondersteun je jouw medewerkers om iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je luistert actief, stimuleert eigenaarschap, en geeft vertrouwen en ruimte voor groei. Door jouw voorbeeldgedrag, persoonlijke betrokkenheid en focus op verbinding draag je bij aan een werkcultuur waarin prestaties hand in hand gaan met werkplezier.
Jouw team
Als Service Manager in Ede werk je nauw samen met een hecht team van professionals: van de mensen achter de receptie tot de bedrijfsautotechnici en voorman. Jij stuurt de voorman en service adviseur aan en bent dagelijks met hen in overleg: lopen de processen soepel, maken we de juiste keuzes op het juiste moment? Jullie zijn samen het kloppend hart van de werkplaats — met als doel dat alles op rolletjes loopt en klanten op ons kunnen rekenen.
