Description:
This key leadership opportunity will oversee all operational aspects of both our Horsham and Warracknabeal Service Departments, driving performance across two important regional branches.

If you’re an experienced Service Manager or Leading Hand ready to step off the tools, this is your chance to leverage your technical expertise in a broader, more strategic leadership role.

Focused on delivering strong outcomes, you will lead the development and execution of cohesive strategies that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and elevate service delivery standards.

This pivotal role requires a leader who can translate technical and operational insights into practical business improvements, while confidently leading teams through change.

You may have started your career as a Diesel Mechanic or Service Technician, building strong technical foundations, and are now looking to step into a leadership role where you can influence performance, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement.

As a key customer liaison, you will bring a proven ability to build relationships, enhance customer experience, and manage budgets and reporting, ensuring both branches operate effectively and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
