Service Operations Manager - Southland

Full Time - Melbourne

Reporting into the site General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading site operations, and delivering consistency, compliance and team performance.

You're key responsibilities will include:

• Lead daily cinema operations, ensuring all departments (Candy Bar, Gold Class, Projection,) operate efficiently and in line with company standards.
• Monitor service delivery at all touchpoints, intervening where required to ensure consistent guest experience.
• Drive delivery of key commercial metrics including ATV, SPP, loyalty, and upselling performance.

What We're Looking For!

This role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong operational and guest service skills. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 2–3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, retail, entertainment or similar fast paced environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end cinema or multi department operational requirements within a fast paced service environment
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control processes and loss prevention practices.
• Knowledge of compliance obligations including HSW, RSA, food safety, industrial relations and company policies
• Sound financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions that improve performance
