• Customer Service & Hospitality:
• Greet guests as they arrive, make them feel welcome
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, responding to requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Introducing and supporting Guests with the gaming options provided
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the management to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning the bar area before and after service
• Help in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar’s ambiance is always welcoming.
• Cash Handling & Payment:
• Process payments using the POS system, handle cash, and provide accurate change.
• Ensure all transactions are completed properly and accurately, including credit card processing and receipts.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards, including good hygiene practices.
• Ensure that food and beverage items are served according to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Strictly follow responsible gaming guidelines and policies
