Service Support Administrator
Enet is Ireland’s largest, open access network provider, building and operating the largest alternative wholesale telecoms network in Ireland.
As the Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work relating to orders for the Order Support Team working on the FTTx product. The role will involve coordinating with the Service Manager on communications with third party organisations on the completion and management of customer orders, reporting and customer engagement.
We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Limerick office (Tuesday and Wednesday). This role reports directly to the Service & CX Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer issues, provide prompt responses, and offer tailored recommendations to resolve problems effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and clients to foster loyalty and expand the customer base.
Assess and respond to customer issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
Collect and analyse data to ensure good quality of service.
Collaborating with other departments to support the development of the FTTx product
Be a champion of enet’s services, products and benefits.
Responsible for providing quotes and liaising with finance for any credit requests.
Managing the communications to all carriers.
Various other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to Leaving Cert standard with high command of written and spoken English.
1 year prior experience working in an administrative role.
Intermediate level of proficiency in using Excel.
Knowledge of navigating software systems is desirable.
Quick learner, willing / able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organised, hard-working and motivated person.
Willing / able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
Agile and able to adapt to change to meet business requirements.
Team player and able to take the initiative on tasks and projects.
