Responsibilities

  • Maintains work area in a neat and organised manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Greets customers in a professional manner
  • Addresses customers concerns and issues and escalates these concerns as required
  • Performs essential duties as assigned
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Requirements
  • Do you have a professional, customer-friendly demeanour and appearance?
  • Have you got strong customer service skills?
  • Are you willing to work a flexible schedule?
  • Do you have a positive attitude and strong work ethic?
  • Have you got experience with Microsoft Office Suite?
  • Do you have a phone etiquette and call management skills?
  • Do you have social media marketing experience?
