Service Techician

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. To provide services to customers with the maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness
2. To assist in proposing and recommending contracts to customers
3. To assist the Service Department and promote the renewal of existing contracts
4. To identify and promote system upgrades to customers as and when required
5. To perform preventive/corrective maintenances and periodic inspections on Electronic Security System at clients’ premises
6. To provide regular feedback to customers and the Company on project progress and to ensure that excellent communication is delivered
7. To ensure that all project administration is carried out efficiently and effectively and to produce management data and reports if required
8. Coordinate with subcontractors on job progress
9. To conduct regular training to corporate as and when required

III- Qualifications & Compentencies
The incumbent should possess:-
1. Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering/IT/Building Technology or related discipline
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in Electronic Security System
