Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated MosquitoNix Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will apply mosquito treatments, install and maintain misting systems, and champion outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Apply mosquito fogging treatments following recommended schedules and product label instructions.
- Apply pesticides to structures per schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Service and repair mosquito misting systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the installation of new mosquito misting systems when needed.
- Complete assigned service routes daily, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests via phone or in-person, confirming scheduled services.
- Support existing or new product offerings by staying informed on new services and promotions.
- Update the Field App in accordance with standard operating procedures for work order completion.
- Use electrically and manually powered hand tools for securing components to various surfaces.
- Maintain all equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or damage to management.
- Track inventory levels of assigned materials and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Drive a motor vehicle independently to service locations.
- Maintain a branded company vehicle by keeping it clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Ensure vehicle GPS is operational and follow routine maintenance schedules.
- Keep a clean driving record, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Comply with all safety SOPs and company policies at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and operate standard power tools.
- Previous experience in pest control or a similar field is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
