The company: Frozen Brothers is Europe’s No1 frozen drinks provider, supplying frozen drinks for over 45 years. We supply Coca-Cola Frozen, Fanta Frozen, Tango Ice Blast, and Slushy Jack’s to industry leading customers across 14 countries. Due to our continuing growth, we are now recruiting for Service Technicians to join us on a permanent contract. The working hours span from Monday to Friday, ranging between 8 am and 5 pm,

This role is most suitable for candidates based around Dublin area / south

Your responsibilities:

• Regular visits to a range of sites to carry out detailed technical and quality health checks.
• Assess preventative maintenance.
• Diagnoses and fix faults.
• Complete installs.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Review video display point of sale and product innovation and dispense.
• Fit manufacturer accessories.
• Actively contribute to our zero accident culture by ensuring you deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability when on our customer’s premises.

About you

• Basic electrical and plumbing experience is essential, any other areas of dispense and service can be beneficial so please talk to us even if you don’t have any previous technical experience in our industry.
• Some IT experience is beneficial as IT plays a big part in the role.
• Driving License with a ‘good’ driving history is a requirement.
• Great customer experience with a positive can do attitude.

The role:

• Uniform, company van and phone is provided.
• Ongoing training and support is provided.
• Training continues with other technicians in the field until you’re comfortable to maintain your own area.
• We will support you to develop practical skills.
• Work is planned in and around your area although we may ask you to be adaptable or work away if other areas require help in unusual circumstances.
