Full Job Description:

Keltic Kubota is seeking a skilled service technician to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. We welcome applications from technicians at varying experience levels from those looking to further develop their skills to seasoned professionals.

Scope:

· Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery

· Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and determine appropriate repairs

· Learn and apply proper service techniques, procedures, and best practices

· Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance

· Accurately document all work completed, including services performed and parts used

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

· Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

· Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a customer-focused service experience

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a mechanical, service, or technician-related field is considered an asset

· Mechanical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

· Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude

What We Offer:

· Competitive Salary: $20.00–$30.00 per hour based on experience, qualification, and certifications.

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Sydney, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
