Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Have the ability to use various tools to conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics to understand electrical systems and components of the equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment and identify their needs and providing solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/truck, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in using tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Experience working as a service technician is preferred.
• Ability to perform repairs as needed on HVAC equipment.
• Capability to handle heavy lifting as required during repair processes.
• G2 license required
• 313D license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
