This role will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and recommend latest appropriate solutions
- Estimate costs and provide quotes for HVAC products and repairs
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete HVAC installations and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnosing any electrical and mechanical faults
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently if required
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and procedures
- the ability to work on your own without supervision
- full and clean driver's licence
- smart presentation and good communication skills
- strong work ethic with a customer service focus and the ability to build relationships
