This role will be responsible for:

Maintaining and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
Communicate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and recommend latest appropriate solutions
Estimate costs and provide quotes for HVAC products and repairs
Work independently or as part of a team to complete HVAC installations and repairs in a timely and professional manner
Diagnosing any electrical and mechanical faults
Carrying out repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently if required

Complying with Health and Safety regulations and procedures
the ability to work on your own without supervision
full and clean driver's licence
smart presentation and good communication skills
strong work ethic with a customer service focus and the ability to build relationships
