Responsibilities:

• Installation of components, parts and equipment on new systems
• Carry out diagnostic and remedial repairs to our existing systems
• Installation, commissioning and testing on commercial systems
• Provide technical support to service office as well as customer base when required
• Assist in the supervision, organisation and stock control of Oakstown stores
• Fulfil all appointments as scheduled through Syncroteam
• Ensure customer payments are collected and processed correctly
• Ensure Syncroteam reports are prepared and uploaded for every call out
• Provide assistance and technical support to Research & Development initiatives undertaken by Oakstown

Requirements:

• Full clean driving licence
• Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment systems or electrical services
• Background in plumbing or electrician-based role essential.
• The ideal person should have experience in a similar scheduling or service-related role.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
• Customer service experience
• Electrical experience essential
